How Dubai was built, a brief history
Ancestors of the UAE used to live by trade, pottery, fishing, and pearl business before oil was discovered recently in the 1960s.
Oil was discovered in the UAE in 1966, and exports began in 1969, marking an important turning point in the nation’s history. Economically and technologically, the UAE has grown rapidly with the introduction of the currency riyal, joining Qatar and the gulf rupee, joining India.
Britain left the United Arab Emirates in 1971, and the country became independent on December 2, 1971. Later, the currency dirham was introduced in the country, enjoining the major independent states such as Abu Dhabi and Dubai, as well as emirates including Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.
A major step towards Dubai’s long journey was made in 1984 with the introduction of Emirates Airlines, which in fact is now one of the world’s largest airlines (A380).

UAE is a federation of seven independent states with a federal constitutional monarchy, similar to the United Kingdom, Japan, or Thailand.
Even though UAE declared independence lately in 1971 it became progressive much faster than any other country in the middle east. The vision of the leaders of Uae is notable and appreciative in this regard.
In terms of the capital of the UAE, Abudhabi, which has abundant oil reserves, makes it a major exporter and economically stable state in the nation.
In mid-2000, Dubai began its rise to popularity among tourists. Prior to the 1990s, Dubai was known for its trade-based ease and tax-exempt status, which made it very easy for traders to do business, exchange goods, import and export, and do business themselves.
Due to this, Dubai’s real estate and structural, architectural, and infrastructure has changed over time, making it more popular among tourists with its superb marketing efforts and well-implemented businesses.

Implementing free zones, seaports that serve as a major hub for connecting trade between many international zones, particularly east and west, Iran being the nearest, tremendous logistics capability in the ports covering a large area and highly sophisticated tools and technologies, resulted in a significant economic boom in the city all around. Also, the huge number of expatriates from Asian countries contributes greatly to the economic well-being of the business

The state Dubai in United Arab Emirates have a diverse culture .Maybe it is the only city which has visitors or residents from around 180 countries .The culture of Dubai is basically Arab because its an Arab country in the middle east.But the nationality only serve 10% of the total population , that means 90 % are expats who are working or came as tourists which bring one of the most unique traditions and peoples in the city

Uae introduced a technology to make artificial rain through cloud seeding in the 90’s.The process is to pump water attracting salt flares from aircraft into warm clouds .Its a very useful techniquefor rain in the region due to the hot weather and getting rain water in some of the dry areas even though the process is very expensive .
Milestones in Dubai
Dubai began to gain popularity when the Dubai Shopping Festival Show began in 1996, followed by horse racing and the opening of the world’s most expensive hotel the Burj Al Arab, launched in 1999.
The Dubai financial market was opened in 2000, along with the opening of new cities like internet city and media city supporting technologies in 2001.
2003 saw the introduction of two more own airlines, one each for Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
During the 2009 Gulf crisis, the first autonomous metro was opened in the region which is even the first rail in the middle east
In the same year, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix held its first day and night show in the Yas Marina Circuit
2010 was the year in which Dubai celebrated the opening of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
Consequently, massive amounts of tourists flood into the area and tourism booms like never before.
In 2013, the UAE won the bid to host Expo 2020 and we see the event is currently ongoing with a massive crowd.
The tram was introduced in Dubai in the year 2014 connecting some major spots.
In light of the covid-19 pandemic, Expo 2020 has been postponed to 2021 and is currently underway.
Major Attractions in Dubai
A ride along the Shaikh Zayed road will give you an impression of a larger city, with skyscrapers, bridges, luxurious hotels, road networks and high-class shopping destinations that constantly amaze tourists.
1. Burj Khalifa

It is everyone’s dream to climb the tallest building.
The tallest building in the world stands at 828 meters and 163 stories, holding several world records.
The public can go up to 555 meters, that is the 148th floor, the highest observation deck, this we can access by buying tickets. This is called top sky level.
There is also an observation deck on the 125th floor and 124th floor; both are affordable. In addition, you can spend 30 minutes on the top sky level and as long as you like in the top level.
2. Burj Al Arab
